Justine is a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Teacher, and an Ayurvedic Nutrition Practitioner. She has her Master’s in Mind-Body Medicine. As a lifelong learner, Justine is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential by utilizing the wisdom of mind-body practices.
Winter Yoga Nidra Meditation:

This unique Yoga Nidra Meditation will help you soak into the restful energy of the winter and bring ease to your mind, body and spirit. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation known as “yogic sleep”. This practice offers deep relaxation and an opportunity to recharge!

This is an intentional gathering for mothers on all parts of their parenting journey. We will sit in circle and flow with whatever arises. Heart share, a deep prayer, a connection, a container for each other, a space to bring the sacred back into the mothering journey.
